cam nmpk tak best sgt laa...huhu..tp kalo korang suke pedas2 memg cun la..biasa aku guna semua cili padi..tapi sebab nnt pedas yg melampau..aku kurangkan cili padi tu dalam 10bijik n campurkan dgn cili giling sedikit utk tumisan...
resepi ayam goreng berlada:ayam
cili padi*
cili merah*
bawang merah n garlic*
bawang besar (di potong bulat)
garam,gula,serbuk perasa
asam jawa
sedikit cili giling
cara2:
-goreng ayam garing dan ketepikan
-goreng bahan bertanda * hingga garing
-masukkan bahan perasa,gula dan garam
-masukkan asam jwa
-masukkan bawang potong
-campurkan dgn ayam goreng td dan gaul2 sebati
*juga best tuk ikan kerisi..
